Inspire Kids Montessori School is the fruit of Ms. Diana Darmawaskita’s ever-rewarding labor. With a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering and a Master’s degree in Operations Management, Ms. Diana discovered her passion for Early Childhood Education and Development while raising her now-grown children, Nicole and Alex. After plenty of research, she decided that Montessori is the right future for her, and left her corporate career to become a Montessori teacher. She soon discovered her passion in teaching: She truly enjoyed seeing her students utilize their new skills and knowledge, as well as interacting with the parents.

Believing that the community would benefit from a rich educational program that emphasizes individualized learning, Ms. Diana opened her first Inspire Kids Montessori campus in Ahwatukee, Arizona, despite facing the economic down-turn in 2010. In just a few short years Inspire Kids Montessori gained a reputation for itself, built from its proven, high-quality, education program which led to a demand for a second campus in South Chandler, Arizona. Both campuses are open for enrollment!

This is all a testament to Ms. Diana’s extraordinary vision and her desire to provide young children with a secure, nurturing, and exceptional educational experience, which translated into the unique design in which she created her schools. Incorporating a diverse range of learning programs (including accelerated pathways), Inspire Kids Montessori engages the inquisitive minds of curious children and encourages them to achieve their full potential. Whatever our students’ developmental stage, Inspire Kids Montessori strives to provide a well rounded program tailored to their academic and social growth.
As the Founder and Executive Director of Inspire Kids Montessori School, Ms. Diana works closely with IKM’s experienced Montessori-certified teachers, ensuring the continuous high-quality delivery of our programs. Whenever her busy schedule allows, she also works with the students, which gives her great joy, every time. She aspires to provide IKM students with the unique opportunity to work towards becoming well-rounded individuals by developing their academic skills (math, reading, writing, science and geography), social skills (kindness and courtesy, universal values, personal responsibility, and independence), as well as their soft skills (problem solving, thinking outside of the box, creating new solutions, working on a team, and mobilizing others to work together towards a common goal).
One of Ms. Diana’s biggest rewards, as an educator, is seeing more and more young children benefiting from our Kindergarten Programs; in which they learn to think deeply about a subject, do their own research on Stem projects, express themselves clearly through the written and oral presentations, and put their knowledge to practical application. She is happy that IKM is able to support our Kindergarten parents with scholarships from the AZ State Tax-Credit Donation program
 
She appreciates all the support of IKM parents in being great partners to our teachers and to our students, at home. It is through great community efforts that we can guide our children on the path to lifelong success and create well-rounded leaders for our future who inspire others.
