Key Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support to school leadership and staff
• Manage front desk duties: greet families, handle inquiries
• Maintain student records and assist with tour scheduling
• Coordinate events, newsletters, and parent communication
• Monitor office supplies and organization
• Support compliance with Arizona licensing regulations

Qualifications:

• Experience in admin support (school setting preferred)
• Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills
• Tech-savvy: Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, Canva, database tools
• Social media and content creation experience a plus
• Warm, professional demeanor with strong phone skills

Preferred:

• Familiarity with Montessori philosophy
• Associate or Bachelor’s degree in a related field
